Neil Woodford's first fund launch, the Woodford Equity Income Fund has now been running for a full three years. Figures released today (02.06.17) confirm an increase over that period of 38.85% placing the fund 1st in its sector out of 85 funds. The fund was launched on 2 June 2014 after Neil had set up his own fund management company after leaving Invesco Perpetual where he worked for 25 years. The UK Equity Income sector averaged 24.95% over the same period.
