"Update as at 1 March 2022 - as previously communicated, on 11 March 2022 the Invesco Emerging European Fund (UK) will be liquidated.
"Due to the unprecedented events in Ukraine, on 24 February 2022 we took the decision to sell all the shares held in Russian companies earlier than the planned liquidation date. We believe this course of action was in the best interests of investors in the fund given the planned liquidation.
"We have now taken the decision to suspend dealing in the fund today (1 March 2022) rather than 4 March 2022, as originally intended, due to the escalating conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This means you will not be able to buy, switch or redeem shares in the fund with immediate effect. The liquidation process will continue as planned and we will be in contact with investors shortly to confirm details of their liquidation proceeds".
