Subject to regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority, M&G have decided to close the M&G Property Portfolio and its feeder M&G Feeder of Property Portfolio. They have stated that in order to uphold investors' best interests while seeking approval from the FCA, effective from 12:00 on Thursday 19th October 2023 they have suspended dealing in both funds. This means that instructions to buy, sell or switch in or out of units in the funds will no longer be accepted after 12:00 on 19th October 2022.
M&G have written to investors in the fund to inform them of the reasons for their decision along with further details of the closure.
